About the Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Customer Success & Account Management Executive to join our fast-paced, high-growth team. You’ll serve as a critical link between our business and top-tier CPG clients across emerging markets such as India, Africa, and the Middle East, helping them succeed by unlocking the power of retail intelligence and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, nurturing long-term relationships through regular reviews and strategic discussions.
  • Business Impact Strategy: Leverage data-driven insights to propose innovative solutions and route-to-market strategies that support client goals.
  • Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts by deeply understanding client pain points and aligning them with our solutions.
  • Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture clear, actionable business requirements and ensure flawless execution.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline client onboarding, ensure timely delivery, and continuously improve client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong sales orientation with a passion for numbers, targets, and business growth.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Data-savvy mindset with the ability to turn numbers into meaningful insights.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, consulting, FMCG, or retail is a plus.
