You’ll serve as a critical link between our business and top-tier CPG clients across emerging markets such as India, Africa, and the Middle East, helping them succeed by unlocking the power of retail intelligence and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, nurturing long-term relationships through regular reviews and strategic discussions.
• Business Impact Strategy: Leverage data-driven insights to propose innovative solutions and route-to-market strategies that support client goals.
• Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts by deeply understanding client pain points and aligning them with our solutions.
• Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture clear, actionable business requirements and ensure flawless execution.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline client onboarding, ensure timely delivery, and continuously improve client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:
