Position :- Operation Execuitve Location :- Koramangala , Bangalore Experience :- 1 to 5 years * Key Responsibilities: * Engage with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Handle end-to-end sales or support cycles, including calls, meetings, demos, and follow-ups. Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase average deal size and customer value. Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and customer experience. Update CRM tools with accurate client data, activity logs, and sales progress.
