Job Description

What You'll Do

Own end-to-end product lifecycle : align business goals, research market/user needs, build and optimize flows and features.
Understand the complete customer journey and develop payment solutions that drive smooth user experiences.
Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams in Agile to recommend technical approaches that balance speed-to-market with scalable, secure design.
Partner with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance to ensure products meet regulatory (healthcare & financial) standards.
Define and prioritize requirementsuser, strategic, business, functionalto craft clear product roadmaps.
Utilize A/B testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitor analysis to drive decisions and improvements.
Suggest and implement flow/process optimizations and workarounds to continuously elevate the user experience.

What You Bring

5+ years in product management, with demonstrated experience launching a mobile app from concept to production within a product-driven organization.
Deep understanding of fintech ecosystems : wallets, payments, loans, SaaShealthcare fintech experience is a strong plus.
Expertise in A/B testing, analytics, UX research, prototyping, usability, and competitive benchmarking.
Stellar product instincts : strong design sensibility, optimization mindset, and prototype experience.
Hands-on experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban), collaborating closely
