Product Integration Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Integration Lead with a strong background in implementing Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) using both SOAP and REST Web Services. The ideal candidate should be proficient in iPaaS platforms such as Workato , Celigo or any similar platform , with the capability to design, develop, and manage complex integrations across diverse systems. This role involves collaborating with global teams, managing multiple customer deliveries, and ensuring adherence to integration standards, policies, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) using SOAP and REST Web Services, designing and applying integration patterns to address various business problems while adhering to SOA principles.
• Define and design APIs, ensuring robust security measures using OAuth, Mutual SSL, and other security protocols.
• Develop message models using XML, JSON, and XSLT, while defining use cases, interface specifications, and service catalogs to enable seamless integrations.
• Design and develop custom and complex platform integrations, including modifications and custom code, following the company’s development policies and procedures.
• Provide hands-on problem-solving support for complex integration issues, offering expertise to the integration team and collaborating with the client’s technical support team to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Work closely with integration teams across various geographical locations, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to staff.
• Drive the continual refinement and execution of the company’s structured integration development model, toolkit, standards, and policies, ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Engage with customers (as needed) to understand and document their integration requirements, mapping them to integration configurations.
• Plan, organize, prioritize, and manage multiple customer deliveries simultaneously, ensuring successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

• 6 to 8 years experience with iPaaS platforms like Workato , Celigo or similar platforms. .
• Expertise in SOA, API design, and integration security protocols.
• Strong knowledge of message models (XML, JSON), integration use cases, and service catalog definitions.
• Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and mentor junior staff.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing integration challenges
