What You’ll Do

As a Product Engineer, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping our product’s evolution. You’ll work across the stack and collaborate closely with product designers, engineers, and AI researchers to bring ideas to life. From prototyping new features to refining core systems, your work will directly impact how thousands of candidates and recruiters interact on our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design, development, and iteration of core platform features
• Research and prototype new product ideas and technical solutions
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and design to deliver impactful user experiences
• Analyze product metrics and user feedback to inform improvements
• Communicate clearly in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Experience with product development (full-stack or frontend/backend focus welcome)
• Ability to balance technical rigor with user-first thinking
• Comfort working in a highly collaborative, remote setting
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI, interviewing platforms, or technical assessments
