Product Design & Research Intern

6 month internship

The primary reason for establishing this project is to enhance our product design capabilities and accelerate product development through dedicated support. Key internal stakeholders include the digital platform product team, engineering team, and marketing department. External stakeholders may include potential customers providing feedback and partners involved in product integration or market analysis.

Objective:

Key Activities:

• Assisting in product design conceptualization and iteration.
• Conducting market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Assisting in the creation and refinement of product roadmaps
• Participating in product launch activities.
• Collecting and analysing customer feedback.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, marketing) to ensure product success
• Performing product testing and quality assurance tasks.

Target Outcomes:

Enhanced Product Design Contributions: Measured by the number of design iterations supported and successful integration of design feedback.

Improved Product Research Insights: Measured by the number of market research reports generated and data-driven recommendations incorporated into product decisions.
