What we deliver- we provide best in AI, ML, cloud hosted solutions. Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Purchase/Procurement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the procurement of components and solutions related to Industrial Automation (such as PLCs, SCADA systems, temperature transmitters, flowmeters, relays, control panels, etc.). Key Responsibilities: • Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors for automation equipment and control systems. • Procure electrical and automation components (PLC, RTU, HMI, sensors, transmitters, etc.) as per project requirements. • Evaluate and negotiate vendor quotations to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery. • Raise purchase orders, track delivery schedules, and maintain procurement records. • Liaise with engineering and project execution teams to understand material specifications and timelines. • Ensure compliance with company policies, project deadlines, and quality standards. • Maintain an updated database of suppliers and material pricing. • Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of materials. • Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking. Preferred Candidate Profile: • 2–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in an Industrial Automation or Engineering environment. • Familiarity with automation components and systems (PLC, SCADA, RTU, transmitters, relays, control panels, etc.). • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure. Desirable Skills: • Technical understanding of control systems, instrumentation, and field automation. • Experience in working with OEMs and industrial vendors.
