🎯 Job Title: Principal – Engineering College (Full-Time, On-site) 1. Position Overview Serve as the chief academic and administrative leader. Strategic Leadership & Academic Management Set and execute strategic goals for academic growth and innovation Design, validate, and update engineering programs to align with industry standards and accreditation criteria (AICTE, UGC, NBA, NAAC, state Lead a culture of continuous quality improvement, including teaching practices, research output, and student performance shine. b. Faculty & Staff Leadership Navigate faculty recruitment, retention, promotion, and professional development Lead and mentor academic and administrative staff to enhance institutional capabilities . c. Student Engagement & Welfare Create a supportive and stimulating academic environment. Oversee student welfare, counseling, discipline, extracurricular activities, and grievance redressal d. Accreditation & Regulatory Compliance Ensure full compliance with statutory bodies: AICTE, UGC, NBA, NAAC, FRA, and affiliating university norms Oversee preparation and submission of all accreditation documentation and annual reports . e. Financial & Infrastructure Oversight Lead budget planning and allocation to maintain financial health. Source external funds (grants, industry sponsorships).
