Role Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Pre-Sales Consultant to take ownership of the technical sales process—engaging with customers, designing IT solutions, responding to RFPs, and working closely with internal stakeholders and OEM partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Managed Services, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the sales team to gather requirements and design high-quality IT solutions Lead the preparation of technical proposals, solution blueprints, SOWs, and bid responses Deliver product and solution presentations, demos, and POCs to clients Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, project management, OEMs) to ensure feasibility and alignment Respond to RFPs/RFIs and ensure timely and winning submissions Stay updated on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape Maintain a knowledge repository of use cases, success stories, and reusable components Requirements: 5–10 years of experience in Pre-Sales/Solution Consulting roles in IT solutions/services Strong knowledge in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services Experience with preparing solution documentation, proposals, and technical presentations Familiarity with RFP/RFI responses and bid management Solid understanding of the sales cycle and ability to interface with enterprise clients Experience working with System Integrators and OEM partners Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Show more Show less
