Role summary

A Backend Sales Executive supports the sales team by managing backend operations, analyzing sales data, updating tracker, fostering strong client relationships and taking follow-ups. They ensure smooth sales processes and contribute to business growth by providing vital support to the front-end sales team.

Key responsibilities-

• CRM Management

  : Managing customer databases and ensuring the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system is updated with accurate information.

• Backend Sales Operations

  : Providing administrative and operational support to the sales team, including handling inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.

• Sales Reporting and Presentations

  : Assisting in creating sales reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

• Customer Relationship Management

  : Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, acting as a point of contact for project-related queries or material approvals.

• Departmental Coordination

  : Coordinating with various departments, such as production, design, and operations to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

Essential skills and qualifications-

• Educational Background

  : A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Sales Experience

  : Proven experience in backend sales support or a similar role, ideally within the civil architecture or construction industry, is highly valued.

• Communication Skills

  : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external clients.

• Interpersonal Skills

  : The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and collaborate effectively within a team.

• Software Proficiency:

  Familiarity with MS Office Suite

  (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

• Organizational Skills

  : Attention to detail, the ability to manage databases, and effectively maintain accurate records.
