Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Presales Specialist located in New Delhi at Intelligible Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The Presales Specialist will be responsible for analyzing customer needs, providing consultations, offering exceptional customer service, and conducting presales activities to support the sales team. Qualifications Analytical Skills and Consulting abilities Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Presales activities Giving live demonstrations Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Knowledge of Home Automation and Network Solutions is a plus Electrical ,Electronics or Computer Engineering degree or diploma.
