Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients and leads Provide detailed information about residential and commercial construction projects Maintain client database and follow up regularly for site visits or meetings Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure lead conversion Maintain a professional tone and high customer service standards Report daily call logs, client interest levels, and feedback to the manager Key Skills: Strong verbal communication in English, Hindi, and regional language Telugu. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets Good knowledge of construction-related terminology and processes Strong follow-up and persuasion skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.) Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience as a telecaller in the construction or real estate industry is mandatory Note: This opening is for female candidates only.
