Key Responsibilities: Lead the sales strategy and execution for the Crystal Garden residential project. Manage and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks. Drive site visits, client meetings, and closure of sales deals effectively. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sale engagement. Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead generation and follow-ups. Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management. Ensure compliance with all RERA and company policies in the sales process. Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance performance and skills. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 8+ years in residential real estate sales, with strong experience in high-rise buildings. Location Preference: Must be willing to work on-site at Mahaveer Crystal Garden, Attapur, Hyderabad. Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
