Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager with a proven track record in selling high-rise residential apartments . The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, especially in high-rise projects, and should be able to lead and close high-value sales efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales of high-rise residential units at Mahaveer Crystal Garden. Handle walk-ins and leads, provide property details, and convert prospects into customers. Coordinate site visits and follow-ups to ensure a smooth customer experience. Manage and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead. Prepare sales reports and participate in sales meetings. Assist in marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to generate quality leads. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise residential sales in the real estate/construction industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Customer-focused with a proactive and energetic attitude. Knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market, especially the Attapur region, is preferred.
