Role Description Clear (Formerly known as ClearTax) is looking for a Manager (Presales) to work alongside our passionate sales team. You will be required to conduct technical feasibility calls, demonstrate the features of ClearTax products, and create customized software solutions for the customer. To ensure success as a Manager (Presales), you should have in-depth knowledge of ERP software systems or Supply chain automation software (P2P or I2P), a passion for customer delight, and excellent communications skills. Ultimately, a top- notch Presales Engineer drives success by creating specialized business software solutions, tailor- made to the customer's needs. Responsibilities: β Conducting feasibility calls with existing and potential customers for technical consultation (including ways to integrate with Cleartax software) β Managing RFPs/RFQs end to end ensuring coordination and response from all departments (integrations, product, platform etc.) β Be the owner of sales collaterals and conduct in-depth training of sales team on new features, sales pitches, USP to drive sales pipeline conversion% β Meeting with customers to discuss their software needs and creating a big picture of requirements and discuss them with product for feasibility Conducting POC (proof of concept) / giving demos to the customers by understand the custom asks β Integrating ClearTax products with industry ERPs using standard technologies by developing, customising, optimising and maintaining connectors. β Testing the performance of the installed system and fixing bugs. β Providing post-installation follow-ups. β Helping the sales team with due diligence, security and all technical related queries. β Working with the Engineering and Product team to understand the changing software product and act as a liaison to the business teams. β Ensuring that solution documentation is maintained to the highest quality and accuracy Show more Show less
