📝 Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Initiate and maintain communication with potential clients to identify their insurance needs and offer appropriate solutions.Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Policybazaar's insurance products and services, keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends.Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to prospects, showcasing the benefits and value of insurance offerings.Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments and gather relevant information from clients to tailor insurance packages that align with their specific requirements.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, underwriters, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination throughout the sales cycle.Competitive Analysis: Research and analyze competitor offerings to identify strengths and weaknesses, leveraging this information to position products advantageously.Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team in closing deals, addressing client queries, and overcoming objections effectively.Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with existing clients to explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities, as well as maintaining a strong referral network.Industry Events: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and identify potential business opportunities. 🎓 QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.Experience in the industry with a focus on pre-sales, sales, business development, or client engagement.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.Analytical mindset to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
