Job Summary - Power BI Developer

We are seeking creative and technically skilled Power Platform Copilot Developer with 0.6-1 year of experience to design, build, and optimize intelligent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the broader Power Platform. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to automate workflows, enhance user experiences, and integrate AI-driven copilots into enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI copilots using Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents)
• Build and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power Pages with embedded copilots
• Integrate copilots with Dataverse, SharePoint, Outlook, and third-party APIs
• Create and manage custom connectors, REST API calls, and plugin actions
• Use prompt engineering and LLM tuning to optimize conversational experiences
• Collaborate with UX designers and business analysts to deliver user-centric solutions
• Monitor, test, and improve performance using built-in analytics and telemetry

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio)
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Dataverse, and Power Platform connectors
• Familiarity with PowerFX, JSON, and RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, prompt design, and natural language processing
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, PL-200)
• Experience with AI Builder, Power BI, or custom plugin development
• Background in enterprise automation or digital transformation projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
