To create and maintain clear and concise technical documentation, such as user
manuals, system documentation, and process flows.
Develop and maintain style guides and templates to ensure consistency in
documentation.
Manage version control and documentation lifecycle using tools like SharePoint,
Confluence, Git, or document management systems.
Write and edit technical content, including articles, tutorials, and release notes.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather technical or procedural
information.
Ensure documentation aligns with company standards, branding, tone, and
regulatory/compliance requirements.
Organize and manage documentation in a centralized repository.
Maintain document version control and track changes. Ensure documentation is upto-date and accurate.
Develop and implement a documentation process to streamline the creation and
maintenance of documentation.
Create training materials, such as presentations and training manuals, to support the
adoption of new systems and processes.
Review documentation for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure documentation meets standards.
Identify and resolve errors and inconsistencies in documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
