Job Title: Plant HR Executive / Officer
Location: Nadarganj Industrial Area, Lucknow
Department: Human Resources – Plant Operations
Industry: Cushioning Material Manufacturing (Indian Railways & Commercial Applications)
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and skill level)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and dependable Plant HR Executive to manage all human resources activities at our manufacturing plant located in Nadarganj Industrial Area, Lucknow. The role will support a workforce involved in producing foam cushioning materials for Indian Railways and other commercial applications, ensuring smooth HR operations, statutory compliance, and strong employee relations on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily HR functions including attendance tracking, shift rosters, and leave records.
• Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Factory Act, and maintain audit readiness.
• Recruit and onboard factory staff (both blue-collar and admin) as per production needs.
• Maintain complete and updated employee records, files, and HRMIS reports.
• Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues in coordination with factory management.
• Drive employee engagement, welfare programs, and safety awareness campaigns.
• Act as the point of contact for labor inspectors, external audits, and government compliance teams.
• Prepare and submit regular HR reports such as headcount, attrition, absenteeism, and labor cost analysis.

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, MSW, or MBA (HR).
• 2–5 years of experience in plant-level HR, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and factory HR operations.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with payroll/HRMS systems.

Preferred Profile:

• Experience managing contract labor and dealing with union/non-union workforces.
• Familiar with local HR practices in Lucknow / Uttar Pradesh.
• Fluent in Hindi, with working proficiency in English.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time on-site role at Nadarganj Industrial Area, Lucknow.
• Requires regular interaction with shop floor, contract staff, and supervisors.
• Occasional overtime during inspections or high-volume production phases.
