Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for Li-ion battery production (Electrode Cell Assembly Formation Testing & Packaging). Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process control plans (PCPs) . Collaborate with equipment and automation teams to scale up production lines and integrate new machinery. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production and yield issues. Collect and analyze process data (yield, throughput, downtime) to drive continuous improvement (Six Sigma / Lean). Participate in new product introduction (NPI) and production ramp-up activities. Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards (ISO, IATF, etc.). Qualifications: Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
