Role Overview

We are seeking a Placement & Staffing Officer to lead and manage our placement and staffing efforts for trained candidates. This role is crucial in building strong industry connections, enabling successful job placements, and driving employment outcomes for our learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end placement activities by engaging with companies hiring in Data Science, AI, Analytics, and BI.

• Build and sustain corporate partnerships to maintain a steady flow of job openings.

• Plan and execute virtual and on-ground placement drives, job fairs, and hiring events.

• Maintain accurate records of placements, offers, and joinings; prepare periodic reports for management.

• Collaborate with internal training teams to enhance candidate readiness through resume building, grooming sessions, and mock interviews.

• Stay updated with hiring trends and suggest alignment of curriculum to meet industry demands.

• Provide contract staffing support to corporate partners when required.

• Drive placement conversions and ensure high levels of candidate and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in placements, staffing, or recruitment.

• Prior experience in EdTech, skilling, or student placement preferred.

• Strong knowledge of job roles and hiring trends in the tech/data domain.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and corporate engagement skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s/HR certifications preferred).

• Proficient in Google Sheets/MS Office and structured reporting.
