Personality Development Trainer

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Beautician Personality Development Trainer to train aspiring beauty professionals in grooming, etiquette, communication skills, and overall professional behavior. The trainer will play a vital role in shaping the confidence, attitude, and client-handling abilities of beauticians to help them deliver exceptional service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:Personality Development Training

• Conduct sessions on grooming, hygiene, personal presentation, and dressing etiquette specific to the beauty industry.
• Train candidates on professional communication—verbal and non-verbal—with clients and colleagues.
• Instill confidence, positive attitude, and service etiquette in beauticians.
• Provide voice modulation, tone control, and customer-friendly interaction techniques.

Soft Skills & Client Interaction

• Teach time management, team coordination, and conflict resolution.
• Guide beauticians in managing client expectations, upselling services, and maintaining service excellence.
• Role-play scenarios to simulate real-time customer service situations.

Professionalism in the Workplace

• Train on workplace behavior, punctuality, ethics, and personal discipline.
• Encourage teamwork, respect for hierarchy, and adaptability to different work environments.
• Support beauticians in developing leadership traits and career growth mindset.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Personality Development, Beauty Therapy, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in training or working within the beauty and wellness industry.
• Prior experience as a trainer, grooming expert, or salon coach is preferred.
• Strong command of spoken English and Hindi or regional language.
• Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire a group of trainees with mixed skill levels.

Preferred Attributes:

• Certified soft skills or personality development trainer.
• Knowledge of salon operations, customer psychology, and client servicing best practices.
• Passion for mentoring and empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Work Conditions:

• On-site training role (field or academy-based).
• May require travel for training across centers or cities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: On the road
