Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Hydra Facial and Laser services. Educate potential and existing clients about skincare treatments, benefits, packages, and procedures. Maintain follow-ups with leads and convert inquiries into appointments. Explain pre- and post-treatment care to clients. Coordinate with the clinic team for smooth scheduling and client handling. Update and manage client information in the CRM system. Maintain professionalism and adhere to company protocols during all client interactions. Upsell related services or packages when appropriate. Provide after-service support and collect feedback. Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a tele calling or telesales role, preferably in skincare, beauty, or healthcare. Good knowledge of Hydra Facial and Laser treatments is a strong advantage. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality. Comfortable with targets and follow-up schedules. Fluency in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus). Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
