The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google My Business, and A/B testing. You will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and analyzing paid campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and ROI. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube. Manage and update Google My Business listings for brand visibility and local SEO. Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to improve campaign effectiveness. Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience sets to enhance performance. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), generate campaign performance reports, and recommend improvements. Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives. Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing. Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). Experience with campaign setup, budget allocation, bidding strategy, and audience segmentation. Strong knowledge of Google My Business management and optimization. Familiarity with A/B testing tools and techniques.
