In-House Performance Marketing

Location: Vasundhara Enclave, Delhi

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday to Saturday

Role: Meta, Google & Marketplace Ads Execution + Reporting

Compensation: ₹25,000 (net in-hand) – More for the truly exceptional

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook)

• Plan, launch & monitor campaigns (conversion, retargeting, traffic)

• Regular A/B testing of creatives (reels, statics, carousels)

• Daily ROAS, CTR, CPA, and spend tracking

• Optimize budgets based on performance

• Suggest new content themes for performance

2. Google Ads / PMax / Shopping

• Launch and manage Google Shopping & PMax campaigns

• Ensure proper integration with Shopify or brand websites

• Keyword targeting + negative keyword management

• Report and improve CAC performance

3. Marketplace Ads (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra)

• Run performance ads where required (sponsored listings, ASIN targeting)

• Coordinate with marketplace teams for ad approvals & visibility

4. Performance Reporting

• Daily sales & spend reports (brand-wise)

• Weekly analytics decks with creative insights

• Maintain CAC, ROAS, Revenue vs Spend trackers

5. Creative Coordination

• Work closely with the team to identify best-performing creatives

• Share clear creative briefs for static & video ad requirements

• Maintain a drive folder for active and inactive creatives

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• Strong hands-on experience in Meta + Google Ads

• Shopify & Google Analytics knowledge

• Data-driven, analytical thinking

• Ability to manage multiple brands in parallel

• Clarity in communication and accountability
