If you're up for an exciting ride, read on! ⬇️ Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for Performance Marketer located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. He/She will be responsible for media planning, developing media strategy, executing media buying, and implementing analytical skills to optimize ad campaigns.Prior experience with D2C is a MUST. What You’ll Do:Develop and execute full-funnel ad strategies across Meta and Google AdsRun prospecting and retargeting campaigns for client accountsContinuously optimize for conversions and ROAS using data-driven insightsPlan, manage, and track ad budgets across platformsCollaborate with the design and content team to build high-performing creativesA/B test creatives, copy, and offers to identify winning combinationsGenerate detailed reports with clear performance insights and recommendationsStay updated on platform updates, trends, and new ad formats Who You Are:2–4 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Google Ads experience is a strong bonus)Prior experience with D2C is a MUST.Solid understanding of D2C/e-commerce space and customer funnelsExcellent grasp of media planning, testing, scaling strategies, and creative anglesAnalytical and detail-oriented – can derive actionable insights from dataStrong communicator and team playerComfortable working in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment Why Scaling Wolves?You’ll get to build a growing brand from scratch, work directly with the founders, and have the freedom to bring your creative ideas to life.
