Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Performance Marketer. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, optimizing digital campaigns, analyzing performance data, and implementing tactics to enhance online visibility and conversion rates. Daily tasks will include managing paid search, display, and social media advertising, conducting A/B testing, and generating performance reports. Qualifications Experience in Digital Marketing and Data Analysis Specialization in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) Proficiency in Paid Search, Display Advertising, and Social Media Advertising Skills in A/B Testing and Performance Optimization Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager , and Google Data Studio.  Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixel implementation , and event-based performance measurement Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Familiarity with fashion industry trends and dynamics is a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Show more Show less
