1. *Campaign Planning & Execution*

* Develop and manage end-to-end paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

* Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword planning

* Set up ad groups, creatives, landing pages, and UTM tracking

2. *Optimization & Performance Tuning*

* Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for better CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS

* Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting

* Adjust bids, budgets, and placements based on real-time data

3. *Reporting & Analysis*

* Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and native ad dashboards

* Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable insights

* Measure KPIs such as conversions, cost-per-result, and customer acquisition cost

4. *Collaboration & Strategy*

* Work closely with designers, content writers, SEO specialists, and clients to align goals

* Suggest improvements for landing pages and funnels to enhance conversion rates

* Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and new ad formats/features

5. *Tool Proficiency*

* Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and SEMrush/SimilarWeb

* Familiarity with automation and remarketing tools (e.g., Zapier, Pixel, custom audiences)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
