JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer to join our digital marketing agency. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) for clients from diverse industries. You will be responsible for driving measurable growth and ROI through paid media strategies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across search, social, and display networks. 2. Analyze campaign performance and optimize for conversions, CPA, ROAS, and other KPIs. 3. Create and test ad creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages. 4. Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights. 5.
