Adymize is an innovative leader in the D2C and Edtech sectors, focused on empowering brands through data-driven performance marketing strategies. We're on the lookout for a dynamic, result-oriented Performance Marketer to join our growing team and help drive impactful marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other performance networks.
  • Optimize ad spend, leveraging data insights to maximize ROAS and CPL.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns, using analytics tools to derive insights and inform future strategies.
  • Drive customer acquisition through strategic paid media efforts in a D2C and Edtech environment.
  • Continuously monitor trends and competitor strategies to ensure Adymize remains ahead of the curve.
  • Manage and optimize user acquisition funnels, from top-of-funnel awareness to conversion.
  • Provide actionable insights to the product and growth teams, ensuring alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, particularly in D2C and Edtech industries.
  • Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns across Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and campaign analytics.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, and similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with email marketing and SMS campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and automated reporting.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
