We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to look after LIKO-S people the office as well as in the production site in India, Bangalore. This role will be pivotal in establishing a strong foundation for our local operations by managing recruitment, compliance, HR administration, and employee engagement. Key Requirements: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, background checks, onboarding, and new hire adaptation. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with local labor laws. Manage payroll, employee benefits, and compliance with statutory requirements. Training co-ordination Build and maintain a positive and productive work environment. Handle employee relations and performance management. Ensure the office complies with all local labor laws, health, and safety regulations. Maintain proper documentation and records as required by Indian regulations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in HR and office management, preferably with experience in setting up a new office. Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Languages: English and Kannada Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a international company and/or production environment. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
