👩‍💼 Experience - 5-10 years (in Order to Cash Domain)

🕛 Shift Timings - 11:00 AM - 09:00 PM IST / Monday to Saturday

🎓 Education - B.Com/MBA with 5-10 years (Order to Cash Domain)

🚓 Mode - Hybrid

MDM Profile - Key Responsibilities and Requirements

1. Daily Master data Management Transaction
2. End-to-end ownership of work assigned
3. Collaboration with peer & operational teams
4. Timely Dashboarding, report outs, and driving cleanups
5. Must be ready for working in cross-functional teams

Dispatch Profile - Key Responsibilities and Requirements

1. Maintain accuracy on daily processing or on work assigned.
2. Process the invoices within the defined TAT.
3. Need to learn all client portals for invoicing.
4. Prepare a process dashboard with hold report outs.
5. Timely follow-ups on hold invoices and get on a call as well with delivery teams/internal stakeholders.
6. Ready to work from the office whenever it is required
