Job Title: ORM & Social Media Engagement Specialist Location: On-site (Gurgaon) Job Type: Full-time/Contract Experience: 1–3 years preferred Department: Digital Marketing / Social Media About the Role: We seek a proactive Online Reputation Management (ORM) Specialist with a strong focus on social media and other digital presence platforms . In this role, you will be the voice of our brand across platforms, responsible for monitoring and responding to online conversations and driving meaningful traffic via content that supports brand awareness , branding , and acquisition goals . Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative content strategies that align with our brand and communication goals. Create and schedule posts, reels, stories, and other engaging formats to keep our audience informed and entertained. Work with the content team to suggest and shape engaging posts that reflect audience interests and common queries. Monitor and engage with conversations, comments, and messages across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube. Respond to user queries, feedback, and brand mentions with empathy, speed, and consistency, maintaining our brand voice and tone. Participate proactively in relevant discussions, hashtags, and communities. Track sentiment, trends, and audience feedback , providing regular reports with actionable insights. Handle potential PR issues or negative sentiment with sensitivity and escalate when necessary. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field or equivalent practical experience. Hands-on experience in ORM, social media management, or community engagement. Excellent written communication skills with a firm grasp of brand tone and empathy. Experience using social listening and reputation tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch). Understanding of social media dynamics, audience behavior, and employer branding. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Nice to Have: Experience working in or supporting an organization’s branding and marketing initiatives. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or job campaign tools. Content creation or copywriting experience for social media. What We Offer: A creative and collaborative work environment.
