Oracle Product Lifecycle Management Service Engineer

You will be responsible for managing the Oracle Product Lifecycle Management module, providing Level 1 support for Oracle Cloud PLM-Product Development (PD) / Product Data Hub (PDH). Your role will involve hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion product life cycle configurations, customization management, and support. You will be expected to perform API integration testing, configure Oracle PDH application components, and deliver post-production support/hypercare service. Additionally, creating custom reports using Oracle tools, performing root cause analysis on recurring issues, executing Agile data migration processes, and conducting quarterly configuration and patch validations/testing will be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud PLM solutions and a strong understanding of product lifecycle management principles. Proficiency in Oracle PDH application configurations, knowledge of API integration and testing methodologies, as well as experience with custom reports development using Oracle tools are essential requirements. A background in Agile data migration techniques, the ability to validate and test system configuration and patches, and excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are also crucial. Furthermore, you should possess strong communication abilities to effectively interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
