With over 40+ cafés across India , our team is diverse, passionate, and united in purpose. 🎯 Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate Café Manager to lead day-to-day operations at one of our Mitti Café locations. This role requires strong people skills , hands-on café management experience , and a deep belief in inclusion . As a Café Manager, you will ensure smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and a supportive working environment for persons with disabilities. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: 💼 Operations & Sales Oversee daily café operations, including kitchen and service Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards Ensure accurate billing, stock management, and daily cash reconciliation Drive local promotions and engagement to increase sales 👥 Team Management Lead a team of employees with and without disabilities Coordinate work schedules, task delegation, and breaks Train and mentor café staff in service and soft skills Foster a respectful, inclusive, and safe workspace 🧾 Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily/weekly operational reports Track attendance and share feedback with HR Report maintenance or inventory issues proactively 🤝 Stakeholder & Customer Engagement Represent Mitti Café values to customers, partners, and vendors Build good relations with the hosting institution (if café is on a campus or corporate site) Handle customer feedback and grievance redressal ✅ Eligibility Criteria: 2 year of experience in café/restaurant or hospitality operations preferred Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to manage diverse teams with patience and empathy Willingness to work in a fast-paced, inclusive environment Proficiency in local language(s) and basic English Graduate preferred; diploma in hotel management or relevant field is a plus 🌈 What We Offer: A purpose-driven work environment The opportunity to lead and mentor persons with disabilities Competitive salary and growth opportunities A chance to be part of one of India’s most recognized inclusive employment models Show more Show less
