What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages with warmth and consistency
• Greet and engage customers in a respectful, inclusive environment
• Maintain hygiene and café cleanliness at all times
• Learn café operations, cash handling, and basic inventory skills
• Participate in team briefings and skill-building sessions

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, people-first attitude
• Basic communication and team collaboration skills
• Passion to work in a café that stands for inclusion, purpose, and empathy
• Prior café/restaurant experience is a plus (but not mandatory)
