We are hiring!!! Position : Store Manager Location : Bhopal/Indore Minimum Experience : 2 years Salary : 30-35k plus incentive Responsibilities Maintain store standards – hygiene, presentation, grooming, and uniform policies Oversee daily operations with proper SOD/EOD checklist execution Manage inventory levels, timely ordering, and control wastage Ensure accurate cash handling and monitor sales & P&L performance Conduct routine store audits and resolve discrepancies Collect and analyze customer feedback for service improvement Manage vendor relations and streamline the supply chain Implement company-wide promotions and quality control processes Train, support, and supervise the store management team Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and operational guidelines Prepare and submit regular operational performance reports Execute in-store campaigns and monitor their effectiveness Support expansion activities like new store launches Build a performance-driven, customer-focused team culture Please share your updated resume at vibhor@chaileela.com Show more Show less
