Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Operations Manager to oversee the comprehensive management of our townships. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and sustainable operation of all common facilities, infrastructure, and services within the township, fostering a harmonious community environment, and upholding the highest standards of resident satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of large-scale property operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall Township Operations Management:
  • Develop, implement, and oversee operational policies and procedures for the entire township, including common areas, amenities, utilities, and infrastructure (roads, drainage, lighting, security systems).
  • Ensure the seamless and efficient functioning of all township services and facilities.
  • Proactively identify and address operational challenges and implement corrective actions.
  • Facilities & Infrastructure Management:
  • Manage the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all common facilities, including clubhouses, parks, swimming pools, gyms, community centers, and other recreational areas.
  • Oversee utility management (water, electricity, waste management) to ensure reliability and cost-efficiency.
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs to prolong asset life and minimize downtime.
  • Manage and supervise external vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Resident Relations & Community Management:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for resident inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to township operations and facilities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and foster a strong sense of community.
  • Coordinate with resident associations and community groups to address their needs and facilitate community initiatives.
  • Budgeting & Financial Oversight:
  • Develop, manage, and monitor operational budgets for the township, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial prudence.
  • Approve expenditures, track financial performance, and prepare regular financial reports for management.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies without compromising service quality.
  • Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Compliance:
  • Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies within the township.
  • Implement and monitor emergency preparedness plans and procedures.
  • Oversee waste management and recycling programs, promoting environmental sustainability.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operations staff, including facility managers, technicians, and administrative personnel.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide training, and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
