We are seeking a professional and strategic Operations Manager (Female) who can monitor our operations within the company and promote the effectiveness of our operations.

Role Overview

As the Operations Manager, you will manage the daily administrative and operating activities of the organization. Your duties will include ensuring that there is proper coordination within the company, documentation, and assistance towards facilitating project deadlines and organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, administration, or related roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Proficient in MS Office and basic operational tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
