Operations Manager

• Manage and streamline all back-office operations including policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and documentation.
• Monitor turnaround time (TAT) for all operational activities.
• Supervise the processing of insurance policies (both new and renewals) across general and life insurance products.
• Compliance & Regulatory
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations, company policies, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with internal compliance and legal teams to ensure timely submission of regulatory reports.
• Customer Service & Retention
• Oversee client servicing activities including endorsement requests, claim intimation support, and queries.
• Maintain strong relationships with insurers and clients to ensure smooth operations and customer retention.
• Process Improvement & Automation
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with technology teams to implement automation and digital solutions.
• Team Management
• Lead and manage a team of operations executives and coordinators.
• Provide training, mentoring, and performance management to operations staff.
• MIS & Reporting
• Generate and analyze operational MIS for management review.
• Track key operational KPIs and present performance reports to senior leadership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
