Operations Internship in Ahmedabad

• Coordination & Operations
  

Assist in day-to-day backend operations related to upcoming events, exhibitions, and workshops.
Support the planning and scheduling of event logistics — including timelines, inventory, and participant communication.Coordinate with vendors, artists, and team members for smooth pre-event and post-event functioning.

• Data Management
  

Maintain organized records of artist registrations, artwork details, and event-related documentation.
Enter and update participant and artwork information into Google Sheets, Airtable, or internal systems.Ensure accuracy and timely data backup of all essential event materials.

• Communication Support
  

Draft and send follow-up emails or messages to artists, participants, and collaborators.
Handle basic communication with stakeholders regarding logistics, requirements, and schedules.Prepare lists, reports, and overviews for internal use and reporting.

• Artwork & Inventory Handling
  

Assist with the physical or digital cataloging of artworks received for exhibitions.
Support the logistics of artwork movement, storage, and display setup at the venue.Track the condition and documentation of artworks throughout the event lifecycle.

• On-ground / Remote Event Support
  

Support the core team during installation, opening, and closing of exhibitions (for Abir Space).
Offer backend support for online exhibition launches, uploads, and digital coordination (for Abir India).Ensure materials, documents, certificates, and displays are ready on time.

• Creative & Research Input (Optional)
  

Conduct research on artists, themes, and exhibition trends as required.
