Our services include road trips, trekking expeditions, corporate trips, and customized tour packages. On our trips, we ensure hassle-free traveling, top-notch accommodation and guided sightseeing that too on a budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely service delivery.

• Handle reservations, bookings, and itinerary coordination.

• Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and terms.

• Handle and maintain sales files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.

• Ensure operational efficiency and timely resolution of issues.

• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contracts.

• Support customer service and sales teams with operational tasks.

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, vendor agreements, and sales files.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in the travel industry.

• Strong destination knowledge for Short Haul destination.

• Experience in vendor management, reservations, supplier negotiations, and sales file handling.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
