Job Description

About the Role:

Junior Assistant / Operations Assistant


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings.
  • Manage follow-ups with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain digital records, organize files, and handle documentation.
  • Support in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
  • Work directly with leadership to support ongoing projects and daily agendas.
  • Take meeting notes and ensure timely action on assigned tasks.
  • Assist in communication flow via emails, calls, and chats.
  • Help in coordinating logistics for events, marketing activities, and admin needs.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, assistant, or operations role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good verbal communication in English.
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Comfortable with task management tools.
