Job Description

Hiring: Operational Quality Manager – Bangalore | (hybrid, 3 days work from office)

We’re looking for a seasoned

Operational Quality Manager

(12–15+ yrs) to lead quality assurance and

continual service improvement across large-scale IT infrastructure programs.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and manage operational quality frameworks
  • Lead CSI initiatives using Lean Six Sigma (BB mandatory)
  • Act as a Process Consultant across ITIL domains (ITIL Expert a must)
  • Drive audit readiness, knowledge management, and data-led improvements
  • Oversee dashboards, reporting (Power BI), and automation opportunities
  • Manage quality teams & engage senior stakeholders

What You’ll Need

  • Strong background in quality assurance within IT services
  • Certified in ITIL, Lean Six Sigma ,BlackBelt , and ideally ISO 20000/27001
  • Proficient in Advanced Excel, BI tools, and Minitab
