Operational Marketing Manager - PCO

Responsibilities

Masters the knowledge of the managed portfolio in terms of features and functions, in particular comparing to competition offer and market requirements.Proposes new offer/feature requirements to the BL bringing up the customer voice.Drives market analysis (potentials, competition, requirements.) & defines relevant action plans (strategy, marketing mix).Participates when feasible in country standardization forums & committees. Drives the launch of new offers to maximize the impact on the market and manage the Product Life Cycle in coordination with the BL and within the defined strategy.Implements the appropriated Marketing Mix (4P) and drives product promotions to support growth of market share. Set appropriate KPI to monitor MS evolution.Guarantees profitability of the offer driving fitting pricing and product mix strategies. Implement suitable pricing KPI in cooperation with group pricing manager.Provide the elements required to build the sales strategy, yearly budget and action plans.Supports Sales training ensuring proper product knowledge is transferred to salesforce.On-demand supports Sales on customers trainings and/or critical tenders or projects.Help Businesses generate leads.Cooperates with other regional & corporate marketing teams & functions (BD..) to maximizing the ROI of defined marketing actions minimizing the total required resources.On-demand supports Sales and other regional functions to increase cross-selling/up-selling, specification & prospections activities aiming to improve overall business performances.Supports Supply Chain & INO on Sales budgeting & forecasting processes.Supports/drives INO on localization projects contributing to targets identification, business plan analysis and goals definition.SkillsetsOffer knowledge & managementMarket knowledge & analyticsProduct Value propositionPrice ManagementStrong Knowledge of UPS Products Mandatory.Presentation Skills.Business Communication.Strategic Prospective.Active listening and rapport building.
