The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, resolving customer issues, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities Operational Management 1. Oversee daily operations, including sales, service, and logistics. 2. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. 3. Manage and optimize resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget. Customer Problem Resolution 1. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and implement effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns. Performance Metrics 1. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. 2. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize operations. Team Management 1. Lead and motivate a team of operational staff to achieve business objectives. 2. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance. Requirements 1.
