Job Description (JD) for the Operations Assistant position at your Andheri, Mumbai office: Position: Operations Assistant 📍 Location: Andheri, Mumbai 💼 Experience: 2 to 3 years 🎓 Qualification: HSC / Graduate 💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 (Net Take Home) About the Role: We are seeking a proactive, confident, and well-presented Operations Assistant to join our Head Office in Andheri. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the operations and management teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination and backend support. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports. Manage data entry and analysis using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.). Support the operations team in backend coordination and documentation. Assist in internal communication and follow-ups with various departments. Ensure smooth workflow and timely reporting of operational activities. Handle ad-hoc tasks and office support as required. Requirements: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in operations or back-office roles. Proficiency in Advanced Excel and data handling. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable and confident in interactions at the Head Office level. Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision. Preferred Candidate: Male Based in or willing to commute to Andheri, Mumbai. Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
