Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach and mentor students across the following modules:
  • Oil & Gas fundamentals, including exploration, drilling, refining, and plant operations NES Fircroft+10Entri+10Trabajo+10ExpertiaIndeed
  • Mechanical QA/QC, covering inspection techniques, documentation standards (ITPs, NCRs, QCPs), welding (WPS/WPQR), piping/pipeline engineering, and NDT methods (UT, RT, PT, MT) Shine+4Entri+4Airswift+4
  • Fire & Safety, including hazard identification, risk assessment, safety audits, compliance with regulatory standards, emergency preparedness, and incident investigation
  • Develop, update, and deliver engaging curricula, lesson plans, case studies, slide decks, practical demonstrations, and courseware suiting classroom and virtual environments
  • Conduct theoretical sessions and supervise hands-on practical labs and field-based training (e.g., plant-site visits, equipment inspections, live fire drills)
  • Evaluate trainees through assignments, presentations, exams, and provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes
  • Keep training content current by incorporating the latest industry standards (ASME, API, ISO, NFPA) and emerging technologies and practices
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with students, providing guidance and career counseling tailored to industrial requirements
  • Collaborate with other faculty for cross-functional projects, curriculum development, and maintaining institutional accreditation

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Safety / Fire Engineering (B.Tech/B.E. preferred)
  • Teaching/Training: Minimum 2+ years in technical instruction (classroom, virtual, vocational)
  • Industry (Oil & Gas / Mechanical / QA/QC / Fire Safety): Minimum 1–4 years practical experience
  • Certifications (must-have if available):
  • For QA/QC: CSWIP 3.1, AWS-CWI, ASNT Level II in RT/UT/PT/MT, API/ASME
  • Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Commit to weekend or field training as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
