As a member of our office staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities, providing essential administrative support to our teams, and contributing to the overall success of our projects. Tasks

  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records efficiently.

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating calendars.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, professionally.

  • Handle Clinet Meetings and Requirements.

  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and provide administrative support as needed.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.
