Odoo Tech Lead


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical specs
  • Customize and develop Odoo modules, workflows, and business logic
  • Handle Odoo version upgrades, POS integration, OWL web development
  • Lead the project lifecycle from planning to implementation and support
  • Collaborate on API integrations (REST APIs) and third-party tools
  • Troubleshoot issues, guide junior developers, and ensure performance
  • Maintain technical documentation and user guides


Required Skills:

  • Odoo 17, Python, OWL, HTML, CSS, jQuery
  • PostgreSQL database expertise
  • REST API integration experience
  • Familiarity with the Flask framework
  • Strong understanding of the Linux OS
  • Excellent team management and problem-solving skills


Education:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
